How am I doing after my beatdown this weekend? Not so good. I make light of the situation, 'cuz I feel that people are thinking I am looking for sympathy, or that I am making shit up. The entire right side of my face is completely numb... my lips go from a purplish color to normal color (that can't be okay). I can open both eyes fairly easily. My teeth are still numb. The meds I was givin basically cause headaches, and the swelling isn't subsiding at all. I went to the copshop last night, as I may have already said, to add to the police report. You know, I watch a lot of the court channel, and see how the investigators solve crimes. Well, nothing is really being done to collect evidence here, or to make me feel that anything is being done. The cops claim that they are extremely busy and haven't had the chance to talk to witnesses or to view video tapes from the bars I was at. Isn't it like, the 1st 48 hours are the most crucial of evidence collecting? So, when the bar re-uses their tapes, my stuff is gone! And, according to witnesses and my statements, some information is different... I was questioned how I didn't know what kind of car the guy was driving. 1st of all, I was half in the bag, and my head was beat to a pulp. Of course my shit is gonna be messed up, right? I'm tempted to call the news stations if nothing gets done! FRUSTRATION!
