Body World's Exhibit

For those of you who haven't heard of Body World's, it is a travelling exhibition displaying preserved human bodies and body parts using the technique called Plastination (you'll have to look that up to get the complete explanation). I recently saw the exhibit at the Milwaukee Public Museum, and let me tell you, it is something you'll never forget. Unfortunately, there were so many people (living people) that it made viewing somewhat difficult. Here are a few pics I found to give you an idea. There are others if you google them... one of which is the woman who died during pregnancy, as did her baby... that is most memorable for me. Others that hit home are the smoker's lungs and the alcoholic livers! Hmmm... I wonder why! Cocktail anyone? Oh, I can't forget the Horse!
The short vid below is kinda boring, but again, gives you an idea of what to expect. I highly recommend going when it's in your area.
