She wears a similar version of the original dress, and shiny Mary Jane shoes. Patti stands a full 35".

This doll gives me horrible flashbacks. When we were kids, my Grandmother gave this redhead Patty PlayPal to my big sister. Okay, she was lifesized, and her eyes blinked, and her head moved... so lifelike. Her hard vinyl body was a killer... I remember holding her hand, and the weight of her body would knock me down; her vinyl pokey hands would smack me in the face! But I digress... one morning, my sister and her friend thought it would be funny to dismember Patty PlayPal, and put her head on my pillow! Yes, I screamed like a girl! How I love my sister (revenge is sweet, and I still haven't gotten mine!). On a positive note, the rubberbands holding Patty PlayPal's head and limbs together snapped while trying to put her back together! That was the end of poor Patty PlayPal!
