Drag Queens and Clowns

I know I'm not alone in saying this, but clowns in general, have to be some of the scariest creatures on the face of the earth. I'm not sure if it's the fear of the unknown (who's under all that scariness), or if it's the fact that when a person transforms into a clown, they become that clown and feel it necessary and okay to be loud, and up close, and intimidating. I have that same fear and feeling toward drag queens. They put on that dress, spray that wig into place, and put on make-up that closely resembles that of the clown! Once in character, there's no turning back. Like the clown, drag queens become loud, attention getting, mightier than thou animals! I have the utmost respect for those on Chi Chi LaRue's level... those that are performing for our entertainment. Queens that you see at the clubs, taking a piss at the urinal chanting how we envy them (blah), kinda make my tummy turn. I once went to bingo where, to my dismay, a queen was calling the numbers! What a bitch she was! Bingo took a backseat to what she decided was her forum for attention! Several of us got up to leave but were ridiculed that we couldn't handle a real woman running the show! Excuse me? Several things wrong with that! My point, and I do have one here eventually; clowns and queens scare the shit out of me!!!
